Okay, but needs significant improvement

I was hoping for a more polished product. The basic functionality works, but it's clunky and slow. The interface is dated and unintuitive. There are a few bugs that caused minor crashes. Customer support was responsive but didn't offer any real solutions. Overall, it's usable but needs a major overhaul before I'd recommend it to anyone. For the price, I expected much better. I'm hoping for future updates that address the performance and usability issues.

I purchased this hoping to streamline my digital product sales. The setup was relatively straightforward, and it does the basics well enough. However, the customization options are quite limited, making it difficult to brand it properly to match my existing website. The reporting features are also fairly basic, lacking the detailed analytics I need to effectively track sales and customer behavior. It works, but it's not quite ready for a larger-scale operation. I'd recommend it for smaller businesses with simpler needs, but anyone looking for a more robust, customizable platform should look elsewhere. I was really excited to get started with this software, based on the marketing materials. The initial setup was straightforward enough, but I quickly ran into problems. Several key features simply didn't work as advertised. The search functionality was particularly bad, often returning irrelevant results or nothing at all. I also encountered several frustrating bugs that required workarounds or, in some cases, completely prevented me from using certain sections of the platform.
